Hetalia: Lost in Time Preview! (WIP)

Update 7/14/17 I updated a lot on the title screen but I'm too lazy to put it on. 

I'm not gonna spare some long ass description, this'll probably be very looong... 

ANYWAYS!! Here's a little description of my "new" game, "HetaMemories!" After being consumed by the Hetalia fandom, I started to notice a lot of things called "HetaGames." Now, being the hella obsessive person I am, decided to make my own. After peppering my mom to buy RPG Maker VX Ace for me, I immediately pulled it up and stared at an empty map with the starting character... Big surprise! I had no clue what to do. I was so frigging lost. It took me two months to finally understand RPG Maker. (Thanks Google for being there for me) But nowwwww, I am (still learning) raring to go! I've already gotten a bit done on the demo so far... And lemme tell you it sucks ass. But, don't let that discourage you! I'm still pretty pumped about this. I think the one bit of motivation keeping me going is watching people play this... Anyways, here's a really bad attempt for a plotline for all you curious folks out there.

~~Plotline: Needs work~~

Russia wakes up from a very strange dream. Thinking it's nothing, he shakes it off and heads off to the "G8" Meeting. (It's not G8 anymore there's Prussia and Spain and Romano and China lol) Germany is mad, Italy is near tears, France and England are at each other's throats, America is trying to tick everyone off... It's absolute chaos without Russia. By the time everyone is somewhat calm, the stories begin. Strange things are happening to the nations, and no one knows what to do. After a painful amount of dialogue, they learn some SHOCKING news. After nearly a million years, a creature, it's origins unknown, has somehow awoken. This creature somehow makes its way into a person's mind, and feeds off their memories. And now, the creature has come for the nations... The unfortunate countries must somehow fend off this creature while also dealing with their very own demons... The demons of their pasts. But... Little do they know what horrors face them...

There was my attempt at making a plotline. Horrible, isn't it? Lol. Anyways, I think it's going pretty good, considering I'm a one man band. ;-; A friend of mine was supposed to be helping but unfortunately her computer broke. Now, here's my request... I'm looking for artists. I know, shocker. I recently downloaded MMD (I hope you're familiar with it) and wanna make my cutscenes with those kind of models and stuff. But I don't wanna use MMD as facesets, so I need someone who is willing to make facesets. I know I already have some in the screenshots, but I don't mind doing them all over again. Now, if you're looking for payment, I'm afraid I can't supply money. But you can have my undying love and admiration! Lol I bet that's worth a lot... (Not really) 

~~Actual gameplay: Not a lot~~

Currently, the game isn't very "meaty" per se. There's very little gameplay itself, just a lot of dialogue. But I can guarantee, it'll get more gameplay as it goes on. I'm not very good at making maps is what you could say.

Like I said earlier, this has got a major plot twist to it :3

~~Help needed: Quite a bit~~

As I stated earlier, I need an artist to draw facesets. I'm afraid I cannot supply payment. Also, maybe a person who is decent with RPG Maker VX Ace could help? I need improvement on switches and variables and all that stuff. Coders? People who are decent at scripting? People who can make good maps? Composers maybe? Heck I need a crapton of moody music that I cannot find. If you think you can supply help, I am more than willing to accept. :3 Like I said, I am a one man band. And if you haven't noticed already, I can't draw.

A few people to help tidy up the game would be nice, Beta testers they're called. I need improvement on actual characters talking and such, so if you are really nitpicky about that kind of stuff, please tell me. This game could definitely use some sprucing up dialogue-wise. 

~~Size of game: Decent sized~~

I think your average HetaGame. Maybe gameplay will be about two hours full game? Idk, but it'll probably be quite long. That is... If I finish it.

~~Current state: About 10% done~~

There is so much I can do with this, but I don't have the time. School is killing me, I have a lot of band practice, yada yada. I rarely have time to work on it. Actually, as I type this, I have a button of homework to do and it's 9 pm lol. I said earlier, if you think you can help, then you sure can help.

If you read this and for some reason I forgot you, don't hesitate to tell me. I have 0 intentions of stealing other people's hard work. 

The one thing on there is an image from Google... I haven't put any screenshots of the actual game up yet so credits will come when I provide screenshots or a demo.

Do you think you can improve the plotline? Just comment and I'll take that into account. Please don't hesitate to tell me anything that you are questioning or anything else. I won't bite.

Need help with HetaGame. Anyone is accepted, whether it be art or mapping. I can't pay you unfortunately, but anything else I'll try to give. Questions? Feel free to ask.

I don't take criticism well. If someone says this is a shitty game, I'll stop making it. I'm sorry, but I'm just like that. If you have anything negative to say so far, please say it. Cause if you say that, other people will come up and say it too. If you think I'm asking too much or the gameplay is really bad, then I'll stop making this. It'll be a waste of $70, but I can and will quit.

~~Ships~~

Like every HetaGame ever, there are a couple of ships... Though they aren't "canon" they just are more of the "touchy stuff" (Ex. Revolutionary War would be UsUk and JapanxChina would be more like when they met each other. The ships are based more on a historical standpoint I guess. If you ship it, you'll ship it. I have no idea what I'm typing my brain is running on very little sleep and I have a cold.) This game focuses a lot on "past" stuff so ye. I'm sorry I'm making 0 sense just go with the flow.

~~!!ARTIST!!~~ EDIT: I found facesets. They're the ones from Escape from Siberia. I contacted the original artist of them and he/she said I could use them. The offer was too good to pass up. BUT I still need cutscenes and a title screen, so if you think you can do that, note me. 

Another edit: I think I'm pretty good on stuff I need. This is now just a preview, but if you wanna help, just note me :3
